A. Hydrological Assessments

Envires’ Hydrology department offers qualified water professionals, providing specialist services at local and international levels. Our surface water team aims to promote an integrated and holistic approach towards sustainable solutions of water management.

The surface water team offers solutions which are practical and ensure compliance with the relevant authorities. Surface hydrology is assessed in terms the current hydrological environment, the likely impacts and the resultant management plans.

  • Environmental assessments from baseline to feasibility levels;
  • Implementation of Department of Water Affairs Best Practice Guidelines;
  • Hydrological and Hydraulic studies;
  • Flood studies;
  • Surface/ Stormwater management plans;

Our specialist team also offers solutions for water quality management and effective treatment options ensuring compliance to the authorities. B. Hydrogeological Assessments

Envires’ Hydrogeology department offers groundwater and related serves, for the development of sustainable solutions to the mining industry. The team consists of experienced senior Hydrogeologists, modellers and water scientists with a combination of consulting and regulatory experience within the mining industry.
